Shortly after becoming a client of Monex, every authorised signatory on the account will receive an invitation email to their designated email address.
By clicking the link in the email, the recipient can set up their user credentials such as their password and mobile number to enable 2FA.
We currently support SMS, WhatsApp and push notifications as forms of 2FA.
Once on-board, they will be able to add and set permissions for new users.
If you were not originally set as an authorised signatory on the account, please contact the account administrator who will be able to add you from the User section of their Monex Pay access.
2FA can be updated at anytime on the portal by selecting the My profile tab on the Dashboard and either Change the way of delivery or Set up push notifications.
